Maruan Albert Trascu, Bucharest, Rumania P.S.: Two days ago I found a young cat in an extremely bad condition on the sidewalk where she had been for over a week.
She had tar that had been put (while molten) on open wounds made by a dog bite, her front paw had been smashed and broken and she had been hit in the muzzle.
I this kind of case does not prove that animals need protection from cruelty, then I don"t know what does.
Romania has no real protection for animal rights whatsoever, and cruelty cases are becoming more abundant and gruesome.
